Does anyone know why my bank account balance in the connected account is correct but none of my transactions have downloaded in over a week. I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure out when this integration will happen. I keep coming to work but am unable to work! Thanks!

    Hi @Kara! Thanks for reaching out! It looks like you have been in touch with our Support team about your connection. If you are not seeing transactions you can always get your transactional data into your account using Wave Connect or our CSV uploader. If statements are not ready, you can usually do an 'accounting export' form your online banking portal (different to your statement) that will allow you to upload data as you need.
