non existent support

i've been using wave for my small business since 2016, to be honest its been great, but recently ive sent emails asking for support with specific problems and not had a reply, the chat bot is woefull, i appreciate its free but come on.
When the bank connection was removed I didn't mind even though id hoped for a paid tier to be offered and i would of signed up in an instant.
Whats going on?
