Hi @LaneSharman! It looks like the $485.20 amount was paid online successfully, so this amount was put into the Wave Payments holding account. Did you import a bank transaction for the amount of $485.20 as well? If so, the bookkeeping should have been done automatically for this following this Wave guide. If not, you can create the transfer from the Wave Payments account to your bank account. This transfer would be like the $990.00 transaction called 'Transfer from Wave Payments account' that is showing in the screenshot. Doing the transfer will remove the balance from Wave Payments and show that you received that money in your bank account.
