No Data in Customer Activity Statement

I entered a transaction and assigned it to a specific customer, but when I go to view the customer statement, it says there is not activity.

Hi @SNL! The Customer Statements feature will only track invoices for a customer, it will not track transactions. If you wanted to see transactions you have associated with a customer you can head to: Reports > Account Transactions report > under 'Contacts' search for the customer and then create the report.
