Bank Transactions Are Missing

I submitted a support ticket back on 2/3/20 and no one has reached out in a week. The support system here is flawed. How can you put your customers through this, especially during tax season? There is literally no way to get a hold of anyone. You no longer use ticket numbers, and customers can't see a status of the their support submissions.

Please respond back to my support tickets...there should be two now since the original was never acknowledged.
