Changing Bank Accounts

I have changed bank accounts, successfully connecting the new account to Wave and importing transactions. I've turned off the old account import. So, I now need to transfer the money in the old account to the new account, but how will I code that transaction so it doesn't mess up my balance sheet? Cash on hand? Something else? Thanks!
