Uploading bank statement to Wave issues

I've done this in the past and its worked but for the last week I've been receiving this message:
INVALID REQUEST
The web server for the domain accounting.waveapps.com is unavailable at this time. The origin is having network or application issues.
Can anyone help?

Hi Liz @Liz_uk62! Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear you've been running into some trouble. It sounds like the issue you're experiencing may be caused by particular Network settings. There are a few troubleshooting steps to take that should resolve the issue.
If you're using a VPN, please disable it.

Try connecting to a different network. The fastest way to do this is usually to tether to your mobile device.
If you're still having trouble, please make sure that your browser is compatible with Wave.
