Missing Sales Invoices Batch Payment

Hi, I have processed a payment dated 16th May 2019 through the Add Income covering multiple invoices.
The invoices are marked as paid correctly, but the transactions is not showing in the Transactions list and neither in the bank when reconciling.

Can you assist?

    Hey @Caroline_Borg! Can you take a screenshot of that transaction you'd added in the Add Income transactions section, and of that reconciliation itself? Is the transaction simply not appearing in that time period?
