Bank username changed

Hi,

Due to a malicious attempt by someone to access my bank account my bank made me change my username. I'd like to keep the account in wave but when I try to login it says I'm using the wrong username because it's different from the one that I originally entered, which is true, but the account is actually the same.

Please help me resolve this.
