Bank Statements taking a long time to import

Hi there,
I have to manually import my bank statements due to the country I'm working from. I don't have a lot of transactions, yet the upload time is definitely more than 'a few minutes'. Any ideas? I'm uploading an .OFX file.

    @NZLoudandClear Hey Melanie! Thanks for reaching out here, I'm sorry to hear that! How long are we thinking here? Also, how many transactions are in that .OFX file? Would love to get further context on this so we can figure out how we can best troubleshoot this situation together.
