cant export trial balance in CSV & PDF now

Dear Sir,

Before i was able to export the trail balance to pdf and excel, now the option not working. please sort it out

in Accounting Technical Support

    Can you clarify what you mean by the option isn't working - are you not seeing the options to export like in the image I have below, are you getting an error message? The more details the better!

    If you can provide a screenshot, that would be great too! Feel free to remove any personal data but make sure the URL and your workflow for trying to export is present.

    Dear All,

    I was having a problem in exporting the reports to PDF. The error stated PDF was corrupted. In my situation, this problem was caused by Internet Download Manager (IDM). By switching off the IDM in Google Chrome > More Tools > Extensions > IDM Integration Modules, this problem solved.
