Having problems with adding payment to a bill

Hi everyone! So I recently started using wave and had inputed a bill but I can't seem to find a way to show that I have made payment for that bill. I have checked the help centre link https://support.waveapps.com/hc/en-us/articles/208622866-How-to-Add-a-Payment-to-a-Bill where they asked that i click on the drop down arrow by the side of the bill, but when I do that, i don't get any sub-menus, it's just blank. Is there some other way to have this done? so that I am able to indicate that I made this payment already. Thank you

Could this be because I am a guest collaborator to the account?
Hi @Omotola, yes, there is currently a known issue in Wave where 'view, edit and send' guest collaborators are unable to add payments to bills. If you have your account holder change your collaborator status to 'view and edit' this will resolve the problem.
Thank you @Charlotte , I found a way around it by using transactions to add payment
