Pioneer Bank - Offline for weeks now

I have failed to connect to my bank for a few weeks. This was once a solid product, somehow , in the last year it has become unusable. If folks wanted to run their business in Excel, they never would have started using your product.

@FJCONE It looks like we are seeing institution failures for this specific bank but we haven't received any updates from this bank in a while. I recommend having you reach out to us through a ticket so we can specifically raise your account and provide personalized updates for your account. I understand that using one of our bulk uploaders can be cumbersome compared to the automatic bank connection. However, we have found a lot of users like the control and dependency they can get from our uploaders. We appreciate your honest feedback though and are happy to work on this bank connection with you through an email!
