Chase Bank Connection

Since about two weeks ago, we have not been able to import any transactions from our Chase checking or credit card. We've attempted the troubleshooting tips of reconnecting, but nothing seems to work. Can I have a Wave support representative provide some detail on:
- Is there a known issue with Chase bank connections?
- Is there a specific problem with our account?
