Billing to a Refund for Expense account (income account)

When I create a bill, it allows me to expense an account, but the Refund for Expense account is not available. How else can I create a bill, but also record the receivable without create a duplication?

Hi @Waved , can you give me the full real world scenario of what you're trying to accomplish? I should be able to advise on the best way to handle this with all of the info.
