Unable to make payments to bills

Hi,
I'm finding it rather difficult making payments to bills and when I refresh the page, I keep seeing "Sorry, there was an error on the server. Please try again."
It's been this way since yesterday.

Can some one please help?

    Hi @Kay.

    There were server issues earlier this week that should now be solved. Try doing a hard refresh (hold the Control key and press the refresh button). If that doesn't solve the problem, can you try clearing your browser's cache?

    I'm having the same issues. I freshly install Chrome to try and still get the same result. I usually use Firefox. Since it's a newly fresh installed browser it shouldn't be cache issues.

    Try the solution suggested by Tyler in that thread and follow up with us there.
