BMO Initial set up

I am not able to link my BMO Canada account to wave. I answer all the security questions and then get locked out. I have contacted BMO and they say I need to contact you. Any suggestions?

I can see that you've also opened up a ticket with my Support team, which is going to be the best place to troubleshoot this, since it involves sensitive information that you wouldn't want in a public forum! I've made sure my teams will respond to you ASAP.
