Error when trying to View Accounts Receivable Account Balance Details

When I select Reports -> Account Balances -> then click on Accounts Receivables to see A/R details, I get an error that on;y says "An error has occurred"

Other than that everything seems to be working fine. Please help

    Hey @JCTR3

    We have noticed that some users have been experiencing this issue. We're currently hoping to deploy a fix here. The workaround for this is to head to Reports > Account transactions (general ledger) report > Filter the accounts receivable > Select your dates > You should be able to pull it up this way! Let us know if you're experiencing problems still.
