I will like to know when the ongoing report maintenance will be resolved, I have been trying to upload my bank statement since April.

This is actually a bug that some of our users have reported, wherein it shows you a maintenance screen that isn't accurate. The underlying issue here is actually that the statement is unreadable by our system, which you can troubleshoot by using this Help Center article here!
