Journal entry keeps freezing

Hello,
My journal entries keep freezing and the message is "there was an error saving"
Sometimes I try multiple times and it finally works but other day no luck.
Any idea what this is about?

    Hey @Viola! Thanks for reaching out here. I'm sorry to hear that you've been seeing these issues! Can you let me know a little more about the browser that you're using when you're accessing Wave? Sometimes this can come down to network or browser issues, and I'd like to make sure that we can rule those out before we dig into this any further :)

    Hello Connor, thanks for the response. I use the chrome browser and I have cleared the cache and cookies still no luck.
