Proper Way To Enter An Expense

Hi.
Say I just bought a new computer for my business. What is the proper way to enter this? Is it in accounting >> transactions >> add expense? Also is there a way to upload and link a receipt to a transaction?

Hey Carlos!
Yeah, basically. Just make sure you categorize it to an asset category (because that new machine you just got, it's still got value for your business). You can also record it through as a bill, if you'd rather. You'll just have more detailed info if you even want to go back and check the details. But yeah, just an expense transaction to an asset account is fine. It's really up to you!
