The app is still showing as offline despite deleting reloading app. Also how do you upload digital receipts, I was trying with screen shots but it won’t recognise:(

    Hi there @Helenelr , thanks for your message & welcome to the Community! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with our mobile app(s). Can you confirm which app you're referring to that won't load for you (Invoices or Receipts), and the device type you're using (Android or Apple)? Please let us know! With some more context, we'll be able to diagnose best what might be happening for you.

    As for how to upload digital receipts, were you trying to upload them through the mobile app or the web app? It should allow screenshots; as long as it is an image it should be able to be uploaded. Would you be able to expand on the steps you've taken and at which point you hit a block/can't upload? Is there an error message or does it just not upload? Thanks in advance! Looking forward to finding solutions with you.
