Can my wave account have 2 sets of accounts under the same ABN?

I have an ABN for my Company PTY, and just set up another business name under the same parent company and ABN. Although my accountant will submit 1 set of figures, can I separate the two within wave? As I am currently using two separate spreadsheets for the two businesses but want to it to be less messy. But I am struggling to see how to do this, as within Wave there is an option to add a new business. But It is not a new business, it is the same parent company with the same ABN. Just 2 sets of accounts for book keeping purposes.
