Bookkeeping - Business Expense uploaded in Receipts Paid from Personal Account

Hello!
I had a query - I purchased google hosting for my business for 3 months using my personal debit card. I have invoices from Google which I uploaded in receipts.
How do I account for this as paid by personal debit card?

Hey @nehavivekpatil! Great question here. While it isn't typically advised to use personal cards for business purchases, these things certainly happen from time to time! I'd recommend listing this as an income transaction with the 'Owner Investment/Drawings' category for the time being, and when you are able to pay your personal card back from your business account, you can categorize an expense transaction with the same category in order to show the movement of funds into and out of your business for this hosting purchase.
