ACH payment option issue

I have a corporate customer that uses Fifth Third Bank. They informed me that when they tried to pay an invoice via ACH, the UI only allows for personal account login. They informed me that Fifth Third bank corporate customers use express.53.com.
Just wanted to log this in case there is 1) a way to get to the corporate ACH payment that they missed or 2) if it can be added if not.

Hey @828 , our data aggregator who allows us to connect with other banks does unfortunately have some accounts that are not supported. What you can do to accept the payment otherwise is to ask your customer to add their banking information in manually. To do so, when paying and searching for the Fifth Third bank account, insert in dummy information such as "1234567". This will cause a popup at the bottom of the menu to appear asking if you want to enter in your details manually as the system cannot find a bank with that name.
