Can I run payroll for two different months for payout on the same date?

I am a contractor here in Alberta. I have set up my payroll date as being the 10th of the month which means I need to run payroll by the 6th of the month. The client I work for paid their last invoice late which meant I couldn't run payroll in August for my July time. So, here's my question. Can I run my payroll for July now for payout September 10th? And having done that, can I then run payroll again for August by September 6th for payout September 10th as usual?

    Hey Brian,

I am glad you figured this out already but just for public reason I should mention that it is not possible to enter in two payrolls for the same payroll period. When you set up your account, you set up your payroll frequency along with it. So let's say you select a biweekly pay frequency, you can only run one payroll in that frequency.
