Duplicate transactions "Entry Memo Posted Today"

I linked my bank and have duplicate transactions, but the duplicate has in its title "memo posted today"

Example:

08.20.2020 payment Topcashback $40
08.20.2020 Topcashback payment ACH Entry Memo Posted Today $40

Why is this? I am simply deleting all transactions that says Entry Memo Posted Today"

    When it comes to bank connections we usually recommend reaching out to our support specialists though a bank connection ticket. We can then escalate to Plaid, our third party data aggregator for a more thorough investigation. Plaid will then respond to Wave support to give them a clearer idea of what is going on with this particular bank.

    I do sincerely apologize that your particular bank is being affected by an outage at the moment. I understand how this may affect your accounting.
