Visa Not Importing

Hi, I am having trouble importing my VISA transactions. They haven't imported since July 22nd. Same bank as my chequing accounts which appear to be importing reliably.
I have tried turning on and off the Visa. I don't want to delete the whole RBC bank connection as I'm sure it will cause some major hiccups.
I sent a support ticket six days ago and have not received a response.
Can anybody suggest a fix, or can somebody from Wave support please get in touch?

Hey @SRW87 , I'm not seeing anything in our ticket queue under the email you have listed on your Community account. If there was an error in submitting, please submit another ticket and let me know and I can flag it for our Support team to respond to.
