I cannot connect to my bank

Hi there,

It has been over 3 weeks and i cannot connect to my bank to import my transactions. The error message keeps saying that the server is down. It is extremely frustrating and annoying to keep getting this everyday.

Can this be fixed?? I am from Malaysia and i am using Maybank.

    Hi @Shameerah.

    Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? It often helps with issues like yours. If it doesn't, can you share a screenshot of the error message you are getting?
