Instant payout

I recently got paid but it’s not showing up in instant payout like usual. Not sure why but really need to cash out sense I have already been waiting for this contractor to pay his bill. And sense I already had to pay my guys 3k out of pocket. Please help.

    Hey there @SS_R

    While your business is able to take advantage of Instant Payouts, not every transaction will contribute to your available Instant Payout balance. For a transaction to be added it must pass our Account Management Team’s review which takes place as soon as the transaction is approved. They use an automated system to analyze a myriad of factors to see if it’s eligible for addition. As there's no way to add this balance retroactively, should it not be appearing in your available balance then the funds will be paid using the standard payout process and timeline.
