Wave does not have a specific interface for this, however we've seen a lot of bookkeepers/accountants have their clients create an account then invite their bookkeeper as a user admin to make changes in their business's account. A bookkeeper can have as many accounts that they collaborate on as they'd like.
I manage three accounts and they provided me Admin access. This has worked very good so far. I do not see any problems.
