invoice showing "Discount on services" even after payment

I have a couple of invoices where payment has been received yet that are being shown under "Discount on services". Attached are the screenshots to explain the situation.

    Hi @CMA_Akta_Kariya ! I'm afraid that I am unable to open your screenshots. To clarify, if you created a discount account to apply to invoices, this should be recorded as a negative item line on the invoice since the discount will decrease your invoice income. For example, the amount should be a negative value like so; $-200.00. The discount should then appear as a debit on your Account Transactions report.
