I need to know the basics of how do I record payments and deposits using Wave when not linked online to my bank

Hey there @papadave8

If you're creating invoices you'll want to select the income account which the payment lands in on the invoice itself. This generally defaults to the "Sales" income account but you can create a new one if you wanted under your chart of accounts.

If you're not creating invoices, you can just categorize the income transaction to your Sales or other income account.
