How to Connect interactive Broker brokerage account to wave?

I have been trying to add Interactive brokerage account into Wave. did initially try 5-6 months back but was not successful. tried it again today and the problem still persists..

Is it supported? if not, what alternatives do we have to record investment account activity into Wave accounting ???

    @Barsin , anything on this? Microsoft Money uses Plaid and looks like they are able to fetch information but wave can't ? not sure if it is Plaid issue or Wave issue. or integration issue/

    Hey there @fakenoob ! I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your
    Interactive Brokers connection. It looks like there is an institution error on the back end. To receive assists with this issue from one of our support agents, please feel free to send us an e-mail. If necessary, one of our agents can escalate your case to Plaid for further investigation as they are our third party data aggregator. If you need to import your transactional data as soon as possible, you can do so via one of the two manual methods we offer. Check them out here:
