Blue Vine Connection Issues

Blue Vine "connects" to Wave. I enter Blue Vine username/password and a text-messaged security code. Afterwards, it spends a life time trying to connect, only to send me an email it can't connect. Please help me move the conversation forward.

    Thanks for following up, request has been resolved. Same issue with Alliant Credit Union
