US Bank Not Importing

Hi there - Our US Bank Accounts haven't been importing for the last couple of weeks (since about Oct 13th). I can see numerous transactions that have not imported since then. For reference, I did update my US Bank password around that time period (I think after), plus had a notification from US Bank on Oct 10th that "Access preferences with Wave Financial Inc, powered by Plaid have been updated for your accounts on October 10." Is there any known issue with US Bank/Plaid imports? - thanks!

Same here. Of course, I get the very helpful message "Try entering your username and password again.", and exactly nowhere to enter that information on Wave.
Hey folks @ahung @JohnG
It seems that US bank is currently undergoing an issue with transactions importing to Plaid, our third party banking aggregator. I do sincerely apologize about this!
A message from the Plaid:
Below are some alternative methods to uploading your transactions:
Using our CSV uploader

I'm having the same issue!!
I have same issue. It's interesting though as I have two US Bank credit cards. One card has imported transactions without interruption. The other card shows the correct current balance as of 12/28/20 however the actual transactions have not imported since 10/26/20. I have not changed my USB password during this time.
Hey @chefbecca and @nutritioncoach !
I'm sorry to hear that you are both experiencing issues with your US Bank connections. After taking another look, I can confirm that US bank is still undergoing an issue with transactions not importing to Plaid, our third party banking aggregator. I attached a screenshot (as of January 4th, 2020) below for reference:
I apologize for the inconvenience this is causing both of you and your businesses.
If you need to import your transactions into Wave immediately, Wave offers a few options to import and upload your transactions manually. You can learn more about these below:
Upload bank and credit card statements
Wave Connect: Easily import and export data with Wave's Google Sheets add-on
I was able to find a workaround myself. I simply disconnected the old connections and set them up again as new connections. That fixed it and now they import again. Very disappointing that WAVE dug their heels in this and couldn't even suggest that to me.
