Receipts for customers

Starting a new discussion, as I've seen several posts saying that developers appreciate feedback and look through the community discussion...
It would be really, really great if you could have customisable templates for receipts for customers to go with your invoices. I am on the board of a small not-for-profit, and we have been seeking ways of streamlining/formalising our accounts. Wave is almost what we were looking for, but we need to be able to provide particular information to people who are paying us money, depending on what that money was for (particularly for the distinction between donations/other). That information must be on the receipt, as the receipt will be used in evidence for tax returns.
It's a great app, just an addition such as the above would make it truly excellent!

Thank you for taking the time and sharing your feedback with us. For full transparency, customizable templates for receipts are currently not on our product roadmap. With that being said, we are not dismissing your feedback as we value user input to improve our software and provide a better user experience. We frequently revisit/re-evaluate previous feature ideas for future implementation.
