My OFX Files are not importing and there seems to be nobody who can help

My OFX import files have stopped working. I upload them and Wave says all is fine and transactions are importing, but nothing happens. I cant seem to find a way to contact their support and am not getting any response. Does anybody have any advice for me on this.

My apologies that you might be experiencing an issue with your uploads.
Often times your transaction upload files may need some reformatting. Have you tried opening this in a google spreadsheet or excel file and resaving it as a different format like CSV then try to upload that?
