Transfers not working

Following the instructions in this page (https://support.waveapps.com/hc/en-us/articles/208621616), when I click on a transaction -> Choose a category -> Transfer to Bank, Credit Card, or Loan -> it does not show the corresponding transaction from the other bank account receiving the transferred funds

Please help!

    Hey there @waving !

    To clarify, when you click on a transaction and select Transfer to Bank, Credit Card, or Loan as the category, you will then need to select an account, not a transaction. You will want to select the account which the transfer is sent from. This will then automatically generate a transfer transaction accounting for the movement of funds between accounts.
