How do i record my downpayment?

Hello,

Can someone provide a simple step by step on how to add my investment property?

Purchase price 1,200,000
Downpayment: 185,200.5
Mortgage CMHC premium insurance: 48450
Total Loan: 1,069,650

Appreciate your help
