Hi. I am new to wave and have a lot of questions I would like to ask before joining. I find it infuriating that you have no direct point of contact and that I am forced to sign up to your platform to be able to aks the questions I have before I am ready to sign up. This is not how you should force potential customers into giving up their private information.

Is it possible to talk to someone on the phone or do I need to now post all my questions here?
