How add my bank's Commercial accounts. Wave not helping

My bank, Summit Bank (Oregon) is part of the wave network, but only for Personal accounts. I can't log in to commercial accounts. I can't seem to get any help from Wave. Any ideas?

I’m still disappointed that I can connect a personal account with Summit Bank, but not commercial. I expected more support for small businesses. I guess I’ll have to go back to quick books.
