If I Have Been Denied (What me denied?) To Automate Tax Payments: Please Stop Advertising To Me

Since I was denied to automate tax payments (what!?) please stop advertising to me to turn on that feature. I also get tired of seeing it as an option in the GUI. Once you have denied someone the option, you should not keep showing it to them (I keep clicking on it hoping that somehow I won't see the dreaded ... "declined".).
