Is there a report that allows me to see how many of my transactions were paid via credit card, how many were paid via bank payment, how many via cash, etc...?

I'm afraid that this kind of reporting is not available at the present time. I apologize for the limitations here. The only way to view how your invoices were paid in Wave is by viewing each individual invoice on your Sales > Invoices page. Another potential work around that might suffice is editing each invoice payment transaction's description to specify which payment method was used for each. You can then filter your Transactions page to locate the appropriate transactions and calculate the payment method totals.
