Unable to add my Northern Trust checking account to Connected Accounts

I am unable to add my Northern Trust checking account. Wave recognizes my Northern Trust credentials and credit card, but not my checking account. How do I get this account added?

    Hey @Mwynn13 , to confirm, are these different log ins to online banking, or are they all under one and Wave just isn't picking up on the checking account?

    All under one log in; Wave just isn't recognizing the checking.

    Hey @Mwynn13 !

    Thanks for confirming that for us. Sometimes certain bank integrations only support select accounts for automatic transaction imports. For instance, sometimes a bank integration wont support credit card accounts. With that being said, feel free to reach out to our support team via live chat or via ticket request. One of our agents can escalate your case to Plaid directly to confirm if the account in question is supported.

    Okay, how do we proceed? This is pretty important for me, as it's my main checking account! Otherwise, I don't think I can use Wave.
