Uploading a CSV bank statement

I cant seem to up load a bank csv bank statement. I've read the help and the document is as per the requirements.
Please help.

    Here's a trick I read somewhere, @DMoodley.

    Try copy-pasting your entire spreadsheet to a Google Sheet, saving that document as a CSV and uploading that one, instead of the document created in Excel.
