Invoices not sending

I’m having an issue with the app not sending the invoice emails out to my customers as well as not sending the copy to myself. Any help is appreciated.

To confirm, after approving the invoice in question, did you press "Send invoice" and select the check box to send yourself a copy? I attached a screenshot below for reference:
