Bank connection issue

My bank account disconnected from wave. This has happened in the past, and has been a big issue. However, for the last week, when I try to reconnect, I get a message that says, "credentials are correct, but there is no account information."
What's going on here?

Hey @Shump , please submit a ticket to our Support team so they can take a look at different possibilities. The issue here could depend on a number of different factors including your financial institution and the security you have enabled on your account. Our support team will be able to guide you to any possible troubleshooting steps we have 🙂.
When I try to reconnect my bank it says Too Many Attempts and to change password. That does nothing to fix the problem.
