Problem With Account Association with Bank Accounts

I have 2 different bank accounts. One account assigned to one business, one assigned to the other business. When I do reports for one business, for the year 2020, it is also pulling all income from the other business. I look at what account is associated and it shows only the one account. But, when I look at the chart of accounts page, it shows BOTH accounts associated. How can I fix this?

    Both bank accounts have been reconciled. I should be able to do reports for both businesses separately.

    Hey @marlasmusic , there's a few things to cover here.
    1. First, having a Chart of Accounts account doesn't necessarily mean that you have a bank account connected to it since a CoA account can be created manually on its own.
    2. When viewing the secondary account from your Chart of Accounts (which is supposed to be for the other business) in your Transactions page, do you see any transactions associated to it?
    3. When looking at the Connected Accounts page, is this where you're seeing only one account?
    4. What date was the last transaction imported from the wrong account?
