How Do I Create A Credit Note For My Service Tax Deduction.

I have to document a donation we are giving a charity. We have decided to donate a website design template to them but we have to document the price for the template for tax purposes but in a wave, I see nowhere to document or create a credit note.

Hi @Vontaviushurd , as it turns out, Wave doesn't support credit notes at the moment. If you're looking to document this on an invoice, you can add a line item with a negative amount (say -$100) so that it subtracts that amount from the invoice. You can also name it 'Credit Note' to unofficially function like one.

Let me know if that's the idea of what you're looking for or if I'm getting confused here.

Hey @Vontaviushurd we understand this is a popular ask from the community forum however we do not have an ETA on when credit notes will be implemented. Alex has provided a workaround in the meantime on the post above.
